From the Throne room
To a child in the womb
His life would be consumed
By his love for me and you
From the heart of truth
to the Ultimate pursuit
In the flesh as living proof
To walk a lifetime in our shoes
From the compassion of Christ
Sharing in the sufferings of life
Healing me in sickness and strife
Forgiving me of all my sin tonight
From the Death of the cross that we bear
To the life that we claim and declare
That Christ is our hope in despair
And our life is now, his gospel we share.
