I’m proud to say that my president is black.
but I can no longer be blind to the facts.
that no matter what the color of one's skin.
the seat of government power leads to corruption.
even those with the best of intentions.
promising the world to all its citizens.
knowing full well they won't deliver them.
but the watchtower is here, declaring you, guilty as sin.
I’m proud to say that we are a democracy?
but I can no longer hold congress in high esteem.
they are merely proxy’s, propagandizing political power.
to further their godless agenda in America’s darkest hour.
even those who claim God in faith but seek to devour.
To those promising to save the planet from climate change cowards.
knowing it's all a lie wrapped in pretty green flowers.
but failing to see, it's all under the witness of the watchtower.
