Algorithmic Transformation or Revolution written by Michael A Gomez October 15, 2026
One thing I notice, and it is unmistakable, we are experiencing through social media and our capability of what we can do with technology that there is an algorithmic transformation that has been happening through our social media feeds, when we go on to social media sites, this is the very thing we are feeding on. And a lot of it is negative sentiment, a lot of it is anti-sentiment. Human Relationships have broken down—not completely, but you see it everywhere. Everyone's head is down as they look at their phone in a blinkless stare. The field is ripe for the masses to accept the unimaginable: a type of technocratic, algorithmic, human-tracking existence where we are held captive by the very device that we are so drawn to. And in the blinkless stare that just keeps us hypnotized, the masses, I believe, have been taken captive by technocratic conspiracies and aspirations, where world governments seek to use this very thing against its own subjects. I don't think we're much more than just subjects to them. Through our politics we are divided, this much is clear, and it appears that our politicians are just so divided with each other, but we're like that ping-pong ball who is just hit back and forth, and they're taking full advantage. In this algorithmic transformation, this is a negative progression of human existence. The very term, "algorithmic transformation," I never heard the specific term ever until I spoke it today, until it came to me. The very technology that could be used for so many good things has been a major distraction to us; it has been a major hindrance to our way of relating and everyday life to other people face-to-face instead of Facebook. So, there's a real, genuine concern here as these algorithmic transformations continue, and they've been going on for some years now, actually. A poem that I had written in 2021, The AI Antichrist, makes mention of this. Back in 2011, I wrote The All-Seeing Eye, and it was taking a shot at Facebook and its ties to Washington, and how it would be used one day against us. And nothing can roll that back now. I know all of this sounds negative itself, but the more knowledge that we gain and that we have can only serve to lead to our freedom from ultimate tyranny. Somewhere along the way, we really lost the way. Our politics, together with social media use, it has been one of the forces of great division just amongst regular folks, and then our political leaders and the way they speak only add flame to the fire. Yes, I'm speaking very seriously. All of this is serious. Don't lose your soul. Don't let them delete who you are. We must respect and love each other. We must come together. There will be some trying times ahead, some real challenges down the road and we're going to need each other. So do we continue down this road of algorithmic transformation or raise a revolution of Brotherhood and Divine kinship? Or is it too late?
