The quake of awakening shook me through stillness,

as if I slept and she lay by my side

while I was blindfolded,

never knowing she was there all along,

where the cosmic power of her beautiful presence

ushered in a dawn that I could see even while blindfolded —

feeling it without her touch

and experiencing bliss even without interacting.

My eyes have seen that which is beyond sight.

Through an image who vanished, as if she were never there.”
