Needless to say, Marcus felt powerless, but it was in his own weakness where he found comfort and solace in the presence of God and that he had learned in life God is always with him and it was just as important to conscientiously take each step with God every day. Marcus had a closeness with God. And this relationship gave him Peace within and strength, an inner strength, spiritual strength that he could not attain on his own. Marcus understood peace and strength came from a relationship with God, as well as wisdom and abilities. it was up to us to use these gifts, either, for the glory of God or for ourselves. to be at the service of God and others for God’s will or to serve ourselves. He believes, a King, who does not serve mankind for the glory of God is not a king and Marcus would rather not be called King. As he said in a recent speech, "I am not a king. I am a servant of our eternal God and King. if I do not serve the people with honesty, integrity, compassion and the love of our great God, then I have failed and this crown should grace the head of another, who is called. A king is called to lay down his life for his people, in service to God and the people he serves, but in truth, I would rather not be called a King, I would rather be remembered, if by anything at all, and that is to have the heart of a servant for God, to have the heart of a servant for his people and to have the heart of a servant for His kingdom." Marcus knew the power of the throne could be a great Temptation for anyone, who sits upon it. As lowly as man can be, he comes to a throne that he is never fit to sit upon, but he realizes the one who entrusted that seat to him and his life’s response to such a calling should be to live in humility, as a servant with a humble heart that continually walks in obedience to that calling. living a life of devotion, commitment and obedience. Yes, love is a big part of this calling. without God’s expression of Love towards us would we know how to love in his ways, would we be able to love in his ways? What Marcus discovered when he was in the pit was that God was with him and that God loves him. Just as he is with him and loves him, as he lays on his sickbed. Marcus grew very tired during his long prayers and his prayers carried over into his dreams as he fell asleep, and God was with him.

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of Ganesh within its border, Marcus has found solace in the presence of Sonal, as the conflict in the Northwest region widened its scope, causing the delay of Marcus’s compassion missions in that region. During his time with Sonal, he shared some things that his father had written in his journals. One of them was when his father spoke of his death experience, where he encountered his birth mother in Paradise. As he shared what it said when he reached this part,
— And Marcus’s mother embraced him as he leaned back into her bosom, and she comforted him, telling him he did not kill her and how much she loved him, even till the Golden Sun burns out and the Darkness ceases into a cosmic blackness. Marcus felt lighter, and he felt exonerated. —
Sonal sat in stillness, absorbing everything Marcus had just said.
When she finally spoke,
“This is the time we are living in now. We are in the days of the great merging of light and Shadow. Marcus’s mother Syama Kali was speaking of our time and the dissolution of all things as we know them. The teachings of Devi pointed towards this time, in which she dedicated me at my birth, marking me to make clear these revelations of our day.
The longevity of my life has not been a coincidence, but because of divine purpose.
I have seen many kings, but my physical eyes will soon see what my spiritual eyes have seen long ago — that the rise of the chosen one, the Rising Son, will bring us all into the dawn.”
As Marcus listened, sitting in his own stillness, meditating on the words that she spoke, it resonated. It was all confirmed by the same Oneness of spirit they shared, and it came like a flood to Marcus — seeing things that were before his lifetime and even the future — receiving a deeper knowledge, as if it was passed from Sonal to him in subsequent moments that followed, and illumination satiated Marcus’s soul in a transmutation that could have only been divine.
Later, as Sonal bathed in ceremony, she rose up from the water to stand before Marcus, as the water dripped upon his head while kneeling face down onto Sonal’s feet.
She put on a large, hooded robe over her bare body and joined her hands together in devotion, bowing her head downward towards Marcus. This lasted for a few moments in silence. Then, she placed both of her hands on Marcus’s back, motioning for Marcus to raise himself up into sitting on his knees before her. As the large robe was open, Sonal and Marcus simultaneously joined hands together in devotion towards one another, Sonal faced downward toward Marcus who was bowing facing upward towards Sonal as he sat over his bent knees, bowing in reverence. Then, Sonal invoked the blessing of Devi over Marcus, and they held their bowing positions toward one another.

Then, Sonal moved closely into Marcus, to where his bare body would then be enveloped by the large robe Sonal was wearing, as she continued the blessing over Marcus. This went on for a few minutes.
During that time, Marcus could not be seen from under her robe, and the expression on Sonal’s face read like blissful pleasure, as Marcus buried his face into her flesh, embracing her in complete submission around her thighs, as if he was diving into an ocean of sublime peace — a peace he had never felt or experienced before in his life.
In this immersion, as Marcus plunged into the depths of her womanhood, Marcus would emerge from such an unparalleled paradise, to rise from his knees, reborn, as if coming out of her womb covered by the sacred oil of Sanctification, anointed by the emitted substance dispersed from her holy vessel of transformation, baptized in the fires of spiritual renewal.

When the ceremony was over, she continued to speak of Devi’s teachings as Marcus listened intently.
Afterward, Sonal & Marcus delved deeply into a transformative meditative state engaging in the same Oneness of spirit.
